Women's herbs – from cycle to menopause

Lady’s mantle, monk’s pepper, yarrow and many other medicinal plants can make life easier for women. Whether as tea, tincture or essential oil – there are many ways in which we can stay healthy and relieve PMS, menstrual pain or menopausal symptoms. In this workshop we will learn about some of these plants. A short lecture will give you the knowledge to make a tincture and an individual tea mixture on site together.
